Sales Perspective

Leader/Emerson has invested the resources that allows our brokers to provide a website, at no cost, to their clients. It will summarize the benefit information, stores employee census information, and can act as the company's intranet allowing them to streamline their internal communication of benefits information.

We've developed a system that allows our brokers to quickly and easily customize a "sample site" each time they approach a perspective client. This enables our brokers to show their clients a sample of what their benefit website would look like, complete with their actual name and logo on the first appointment.

For groups of 10 or more medical lives, written through Leader/Emerson, we'll build the site for our broker's clients! For groups under 10 lives, or for our broker's existing clients, we'll provide them with training and our exclusive user manual, which guides our brokers through the process, step-by-step. All of this is provided at no cost to our brokers or their clients; it's a benefit of doing business with Leader/Emerson.

Client Retention

Client retention may be the best reason to utilize this service. As the group's HR administrator and their employees learn to depend on the site for their benefit information, they now have another reason to keep their business with our brokers. If they were to switch brokers, they would lose access to the website.

What is HR Connect? LOG IN

HR Connect is a tool within Health Connect's quoting system, which enables Leader/Emerson and our brokers to develop a benefit summary website for our broker's clients, with the purpose of providing them with another powerful sales and retention tool.

The websites are customized to each client and can include the client's name/logo, their benefit plan summaries for each line of coverage, the broker's contact information, a variety of other useful tools. The site can also be used by the HR administrator as the company intranet for internal communication.

Can I View an Active Sample Site?

Yes. To obtain a username and password to view a sample site, please contact your Leader/Emerson sales representative or broker consultant.

Attend Our HR Connect Workshop

Periodically we will hold HR Connect workshops that take our brokers through everything they'll need to know, including how to leverage it as a sales tool, how the process works and how to build sites on their own through the easy-to-use program. We'll also provide them with our exclusive HR Connect manual.
